Which online stores can I use to pay with a Heleket card?

Do I need to pass verification with my passport?

How do I top up my card?

Replenishment takes place inside your Heleket merchant profile. You transfer the cryptocurrency to the balance of our service, and then replenish your virtual card with it.

What should I specify in the Billing Address field?

When paying for foreign purchases, we recommend that you specify the same address that you use for delivery (for example, the warehouse address of your mail forwarder/intermediary in the United States or Europe). What about the delivery of goods to Russia?

If you cancel the order or return the product to the seller, the money will be refunded to the balance of your virtual Heleketcard. The refund period depends on the store's acquiring bank and usually ranges from 3 to 14 business days.

Is it safe to enter this card's details on unfamiliar websites?
