If your Heleket payment has not been transferred to the target account, please contact our support team and provide the following information to help resolve the issue:

  • The wallet address to which the funds were sent.

  • The transaction ID (txID), which can be found in the wallet or exchange from which the payment was made, or a direct link to a blockchain explorer.

Our team will determine the cause of the pending transaction and help you resolve the issue.
