Can I receive notifications when payments are completed?

Yes, you can set up notifications for your email and Telegram. To enable this, go to "Settings" → "Notifications."

Notification Settings

You can choose where and what types of notifications you receive. We have two Telegram bots:

  • Heleket Account bot: @heleket_bot Notifies you of login activity, password change, email/phone updates, new API key generation, or new project creation (Seller).

  • Heleket Merchant bot: @heleket_pay_bot Notifies you about new transactions, paid invoices, payments, errors and the creation of a new payment API key.

To enable Telegram notifications, go to "Settings" → "Notifications" and tap the button next to "Telegram Notifications." Then tap the "Send Message" button in the pop-up window and tap "Start" in Telegram to activate notifications. We recommend connecting both bots to ensure you don't miss anything.
