What happens if I overpay or underpay?

If you underpay, the specified payment amount will not be received. This may occur if the payment did not include the wallet, exchange, or blockchain network fees. In such cases, the funds will still be credited to the merchant's balance. You can send the remaining amount to the same address if the invoice has not yet expired. However, if it has expired, please contact the seller's support team with your order number and the incomplete payment message.

If you overpaid, please contact the seller's customer service, providing your order number and a message indicating your overpayment. The seller will refund your money.
